1. MINDSET
Your mindset is probably the most important thing. If you want to earn money you have to change your mind first. If you keep the thought patterns that you grew up with, or the thinking patterns that most people hold, you will not change and therefore you’re not going to make money. In order to create real change in your life, you have to change yourself as a person. You will have to think differently and learn other habits. You have to rise above yourself. Even if you learn all technical and theoretical knowledge on how to run your business and you system is fantastic, if your thoughts are wrong you will never be able to evolve far. Mindset and your behaviors are probably even the most important thing to work on.

2. CHOOSE A NICHE
Be specific and choose a niche. Choose a very clear, as specific as possible target audience. Do your research about this niche very accurately, learn how this niche thinks and lives. You should actually know this niche better than they themselves. Focus your entire business on this one niche only and do not mix things up or for 10 different target groups.

3. THE DESIRE
Investigate a very urgent problem of this niche or a strong desire that they have. Preferably as problematic as possible.

4. SOLVE THE PROBLEM
Your business is solving this problem. Your services are the pre-eminent vehicle for this niche to reach their desired situation. You can solve this as quickly and easily as possible.

5. LEARN HOW TO ATTRACT CLIENTS
Learn exactly how to attract customers. There are organic and paid ways. Organic ways are emails, facebook posts, telephone and physical mail.
Facebook ads are the paying way par excellence. It is advisable not to start immediately with facebook ads, these can cost you a lot of money and you should have a fairly high conversion rate before you start earning money with facebook ads. You can easily lose money in the beginning. First start with organic ways to find customers, then after having tested, refined and improved you can take the step to facebook ads. If you do facebook ads you really need to know what you are doing, so you have to do research first and then train yourself in that.

6. LEARN HOW TO SELL
Learn sales and learn the technique of selling. Get experience and help yourself become a master in selling. If you can do that you will never have any financial problems anymore. What is the psychology behind selling? There are techniques that have proven themselves to be very successful, but that is not what everyone thinks. Most vendors are pushy and noisy, but this is not necessary and is counter-productive. You should listen and talk quietly. Learn the correct insights in sales.

7. LEARN HOW TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS
Learn to run your business and know your numbers. You need to know your rate of investment (ROI) if you have paid ads. You have to work very organized and be well informed about your expenses and income, how well you score ads and where you need to improve. You also need to know what the safe margins are.

8. FIND A MENTOR
Find a mentor who provides you with all necessary mindset and business skills, based on experience and proven on effectiveness. No mentor who only has book knowledge, but a mentor who has years of experience and proven results. What is important and what is not important? 9. USE AVERAGES
Do not draw conclusions too quickly. Stay on hold for a while and wait until you have enough results to talk about an average, before you draw conclusions from your offer, advertisements, niche, etc .. Some people take a quick conclusion. For example, they get rejected 7 right after each other and then think that their offer is wrong and does not work. Then they change their offer and niche 180°. But what they don’t know is that four positive results follow after those seven rejections. Before making important adjustments, you must be sure that you can speak about a real average. From the moment you have enough data to be able to speak about an average, you can make any adjustments. It is important to continually refine and perfect your message and advertisements. If you make adjustments you have to wait long enough to have a new average before you make new adjustments, never too fast.

10. DO THE WORK
You have to make a strategic plan 30 days ahead. And then you will implement this plan every day. Keep yourself focused on your goal and your plan and let yourself be distracted as little as possible. Social media is not important, although everyone thinks so. Turn off all notifications on your smartphone and keep your focus on your goal and the execution of your plan.
